Dropping Off Your Vehicle - back to list
Just pull into our service drive at the appointed time and let our service staff member know who your appointment is with. If you have arrived early, before we have opened,  and have already discussed all your needs with your Service Advisor,  you may want to use ""Early Hours Drop Off"" which allows quick drop off without waiting for us to open. Just follow the instructions under the ""Early Hours Drop Off" sign located outside the service drive. Our service department works in teams, the Green Team and the Blue Team.  Please make a note of which team you are working with so it will be easier to later check in with your advisor, if necessary. We offer a courtesy shuttle for your convenience, to get you back to your home or your office and we will graciously pick you up later, if necessary.  Please ask our advisors for more details.

As we perform repairs, technicians may notice additional items of concern. To save time, many customers will pre-approve a dollar amount for additional necessary work. If you would like to give us a dollar limit, please mention this when setting your appointment or dropping off. If not authorized, we will only perform work approved in advance. Before performing any additional work, we will call you to discuss and obtain permission to continue.

Checking Status of Your Vehicle - back to list

Because of our high phone call volume and because we don't want to put you on hold for extended periods, we urge you not to call and check vehicle status unless you have a message from us to do so. Your  Service Advisor will call you before the time we promised to complete your repairs, either to recap what has been done or to discuss additional repairs.

Picking up Your Vehicle - back to list

When you arrive for pickup, please stop at the service counter. Our service advisors will review all paperwork with you, answering any questions you may have.  You may then proceed to the cashiers window.  The cashier will provide your paperwork.  If you have any questions or concerns, please ask to speak with your Service Advisor or our Service Manager. The cashier will then accept payment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check (with proper identification).
