Dropping Off Your Vehicle - back to list
Just pull into our service drive at the appointed time and let our staff member know who your appointment is with. If you have arrived early, before we have opened, and have already discussed all your needs with your Assistant Service Manager, you may want to use ""Early Hours Drop Off"" which allows quick drop off without waiting for us to open. Please make note of your Service Team, Red or Blue, which will make following the status of your vehicle much more simple.  Our Service Managers work in two teams, in efforts to make your communications more precise and your service
visit more personalized. Our Red Service Team is managed by  Craig, Bill and Rick and our Blue Service Team is managed by Chris and Jon.
 All bring years of experience and expertise to our service drive.  We are proud of our "Five Star" award,  let us show you why! 
Pre-Approving / Approving Work - back to list

As we perform repairs, technicians may notice additional items of concern. To save time, many customers will pre-approve a dollar amount for additional necessary work. If you would like to give us a dollar limit, please mention this when setting your appointment or dropping off. If not authorized, we will only perform work approved in advance. Before performing any additional work, we will call you to discuss and obtain permission to continue.

Checking Status of Your Vehicle - back to list

Because of our high phone call volume and because we don't want to put you on hold for extended periods, we urge you not to call and check vehicle status unless you have a message from us to do so. Your Service Manager will call you before the time we promised to complete your repairs, either to recap what has been done or to discuss additional repairs.

Picking up Your Vehicle - back to list

When you arrive for pickup you may proceed directly to the cashiers window. The cashier will provide your paperwork and if you requests, she will arrange for your vehicle to be brought to you. If you have any questions, please ask to speak with your Red Team or Blue Team Service Manager who can address your concerns. The cashier will then accept payment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check (with proper identification).
Vehicles may be picked up until 8:00pm Monday - Thursday evenings, Fridays until 7:00pm and Saturday betweem 8am-6pm.
