- Just pull into our service drive at the appointed time and let our greeter know who your appointment is with. If you have arrived early, late or are in a hurry, and have already discussed all your needs with your Assistant Service Manager, you may want to use ""Express Check-In"" which allows quick drop off without waiting. Just follow the instructions under the ""Express Check-In"" sign located in the service drive.

Because of our high phone call volume and because we don't want to put you on hold for extended periods, we urge you not to call and check vehicle status unless you have a message from us to do so. Your Assistant Service Manager will call you before the time we promised to complete your repairs, either to recap what has been done or to discuss additional repairs.

As we perform repairs, technicians may notice additional items of concern. To save time, many customers will pre-approve a dollar amount for additional necessary work. If you would like to give us a dollar limit, please mention this when setting your appointment or dropping off. If not authorized, we will only perform work approved in advance. Before performing any additional work, we will call you to discuss and obtain permission to continue.

When you arrive for pickup you may proceed directly to the cashiers window. The cashier will provide your paperwork and arrange for your vehicle to be brought to you. If you have any questions, please ask to speak with your Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager who can address your concerns. The cashier will then accept payment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or check.

- We miss you and we want to make sure your vital fluids are ready for the grueling winter months ahead. Think of it as a health check for the proper flow of the fluidds you depend on to give you a winter of reliability. The transmission fluid, anti-freeze, and power steering fluid all work harder when the temperature drops. We have all spun our whells to get out of a difficult snow pile and never thought about a abusive treatment we are inflicting upon the transmission. The condition of your anti-freeze also impact the reliability of your engine and heater, when the temps drops below freezing. The hydraulic fluid in your power steering system will deteriorate with age and should not be overlooked. In response to the seasonal changes upon us Herb Chambers Honda of Boston is offering these Cholesterol Busting offers.
